How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?

Custom Art - Digital

  • Production time: Your illustration is uniquely hand-drawn with Wacom Tablet and therefore it may take anywhere from 1-12 weeks depending on how complicated your order is. If you need a speedy turnaround, please let me know!
  • Shipping time: Your digital portrait file will be emailed to you once it's completed.

Custom Art - Prints/ Framed

  • Production time: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be produced after your artwork is completed.
  • Shipping time: Less than 1 week to most major Australian metropolitan cities. For regional and remote locations, allow up to 1-2 weeks more.

Handmade Cards

  • 4-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Eco Printed Cards

  • 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

Art Prints

  • Production Time: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be produced after your artwork is completed.
  • Shipping Time: Less than 1 week to most major Australian metropolitan cities. For regional and remote locations, allow up to 1-2 weeks more.
